Celine Houwen is a candidate civil law notary in the Corporate / M&A department. She advises on a variety of cross-border transactions, including but not limited to: private M&A, corporate governance, management participations, domestic and cross-border (re)structuring and joint ventures. Celine further assists clients with all general corporate matters.
In 2016, Celine became a member of NautaDutilh's Rotterdam office in the notarial Corporate M&A department. She was NautaDutilh's resident candidate civil law notary in the New York office from the summer of 2022 until August 2023, where she advised on a wide range of matters, including corporate governance and M&A and finance transactions. Celine received a Master's degree in notarial law from the University of Groningen, and is currently a member of KNB (Royal Society of Notaries).
