Jacqueline Jansen is head of NautaDutilh's tax return group, as well as NautaDutilh's in-house corporate tax lawyer. She is ultimately responsible for the dividend, corporate, income, gift and inheritance tax returns prepared for clients. She also maintains contacts with the tax authorities and, where necessary, conducts objection and appeal proceedings.
Clients are holding and financing companies, domestic and foreign companies (with permanent establishments), transparent entities, and wealthy individuals, while a thriving director/major shareholder practice is also maintained.
Jacqueline graduated in tax economics in 1995 and tax law in 1997, and she has been with NautaDutilh since 2021. Prior to that, she worked as a tax lawyer at a large tax advisory firm for over 17 years. Jacqueline is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB).
