Thiemo Kerklaan works as an attorney-at-law and is engaged with the practice group Corporate M&A at the Rotterdam office. Thiemo is involved in international and national corporate transactions and advises (corporate) clients on a variety of corporate matters, among which he assists with due diligence investigations, the drafting of commercial contracts as well as advising on corporate governance matters.
Thiemo studied at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, where he obtained a master's degree in Company Law in 2017 and a master's degree in Financial Economics in 2019. During his bachelors Law and Economics and Business Economics, he also studied for one semester at the City University of Hong Kong (Hong Kong).
In 2020, Thiemo joined NautaDutilh and he is admitted to the Rotterdam Bar.
