Maxime Lasry is a member of NautaDutilh's Corporate M&A department. He specialises in corporate law and advises Dutch and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, with a particular emphasis on leveraged buyouts, private acquisitions and divestitures, both domestic and cross-border.
Prior to joining NautaDutilh in 2022, Maxime worked for a major international law firm in Paris where he mainly advised private equity funds and managers in LBOs.
Maxime holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne Law School and an LL.M. from Cornell Law School. He is a member of the Paris and New York Bars.
