Michelle Meevis is an attorney-at-law within the Corporate M&A practice group at the Rotterdam office. She is involved in national and cross-border transactions, providing advice and guidance to clients on various corporate law matters. Her duties include conducting due diligence investigations, drafting commercial contracts, and advising on corporate (governance) matters.
In addition, she is a member of the hydrogen team and applies her legal skills and expertise in the field of sustainability and the energy transition to help clients navigate the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.

Qualifications
Michelle graduated with a Master's degree in Dutch Law, specialising in Commercial and Corporate Law, from Maastricht University. In addition, she obtained a Master's degree in International Business Law: Climate Change and Corporations from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, graduating with honours. As part of her studies, she studied a semester abroad at Lund University in Sweden. Michelle is admitted to the Rotterdam Bar Association.
