Claire Pilaar works within the Intellectual Property law practice group at NautaDutilh. She advises and litigates on soft IP matters, with a focus on trademarks and copyright.
Claire holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Civil law (cum laude) from the VU University Amsterdam, and a master’s degree in Information law from the University of Amsterdam.
Prior to joining NautaDutilh in November 2025, she practised for five years at a leading Amsterdam IP firm, acting for a broad range of clients in the creative and tech sector.
Claire is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
