Alonso Sánchez is an associate in our Investment Funds team. He assists asset managers, funds promoters, depositary banks and institutional investors in the structuring and setting up of Luxembourg regulated investment fund structures i.e. UCITS, specialised investment funds (SIFs), private equity and venture capital funds (SICARs), real estate and debt funds, as well as unregulated investment vehicles i.e. reserved alternative investment funds (RAIFs).
Alonso holds a Master degree in Business Law from the University of Strasbourg and an LL.M. in European private Law from the University of Luxembourg.
Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Alonso practiced at an international law firm as well as a private equity firm in Luxembourg.
Alonso is a native Spanish speaker, fluent in French and English. He also has working knowledge of Luxembourgish and German.
