Organisations
Elizabeth is active in the Secured Finance Network (SFNet), the ABA Business Section and a member and past president of the American Foreign Law Association (AFLA)). Elizabeth is a fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers (ACCFL), making her one of the few European practitioners, to be granted this honour. She is a board member of The Netherland-America Foundation (NAF) and a member of the International Coaching Federation.

Qualifications
Elizabeth advises clients as a lawyer admitted to practice in the Netherlands. She graduated from Utrecht University Law School in 1989 with highest honors and received her LL.M. from Harvard Law School in 1990. She joined NautaDutilh in 1996, was named Partner in 1998. She served on the firm's Steering Committee for six years, three of which as Chair, has been a member of the firm's Opinion Committee from its inception and its Chair for five years, and has been a leader in diversity and inclusion initiatives. She completed the Leading Professional Service Firms program at Harvard Business School in 2008. Elizabeth graduated from the i-CoachGlobal program in 2024 and was ACC accredited by the International Coaching Federation in 2026.
