Marlous Schrijvers primarily works in the field of information technology (IT) and intellectual property (IP). She advises clients (both suppliers and customers) on various types of contracts such as software licensing, development and transfer, data, open source, cloud/SaaS, R&D, etc. She also handles IT-related disputes, e.g. on issues related to (under)licensing of software and breach of contract.
Marlous has extensive experience with due diligence projects and support in transactions with an important IT/IP component. This includes transitional service agreements.
Marlous graduated from Leiden University in 2004 and was admitted to the Amsterdam Bar that same year. She also joined NautaDutilh in July 2004.
She is a member of the Dutch Association for Information Technology and Law (NVvIR).
