As part of a for the Netherlands unique multi-year partnership, TCS will manage the complete business and IT operations across policy servicing, claims handling, and customer service for Athora’s closed book of life insurance policies under the Reaal brand. This project offered our firm another opportunity to assist TCS with a complex outsourcing transaction, further strengthening TCS' position in the market as a service provider with deep domain, application and insurance operations expertise.
