Joris Willems, Eva Reinders and Sarah Zadeh from our Technology Group co-authored the Netherlands chapter of the Global Legal Insights on AI, Machine Learning and Big Data 2023.
The chapter provides a brief overview of the most recent developments in the Netherlands in areas such as such as civil liability, intellectual property, competition and antitrust, discrimination and bias, privacy, and governance.
