Nathan Azizollahoff represents international clients before Belgian and European courts in a wide range of intellectual property disputes, with a particular focus on copyright law. He also handles matters relating to trademarks, patents, designs, unfair competition, and commercial law.

Alongside his litigation practice, Nathan advises clients on legal strategy as well as on the drafting, negotiation and management of contracts or settlement agreements. He also has expertise in media law, e‑commerce, artificial intelligence and regulatory law.

He speaks French and English and is also proficient in Dutch and Spanish.

    In parallel with his practice, Nathan regularly publishes articles and analyses on intellectual property issues, notably for the Journal des tribunaux and Ingénieur‑Conseil.

  • Qualifications

    Nathan graduated in Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, cum laude (ULB, 2018). He completed an Erasmus programme at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in the same year. In 2021, he obtained an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and ICT Law from KU Leuven (KUL). Before joining NautaDutilh in 2021, he worked for three years at a law firm specialising in copyright and media law. He has been admitted to the Brussels Bar since 2018.
