Hugo Blom
Expertise
Hugo Blom is an Associate in NautaDutilh’s Financial Law group. He advises financial institutions, such as banks, insurance companies, and FinTech companies, and their investors on financial regulatory law, covering both Dutch and European law in the context of existing businesses and new financial products and services.
A selection of the laws and regulations Hugo advises on: MiFID II/MiFIR, PSD2, PSD3/PSR, DORA, CRD/CRR, MiCAR, IFD/IFR, Solvency II, and the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wft).
Prior to joining the Financial Law group, Hugo was part of NautaDutilh’s Corporate/M&A group, where he advised clients on national and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and investments.

Qualifications
Hugo is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar. He holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law from Utrecht University and joined NautaDutilh in 2023.
