Kirsy Corten

Kirsy Corten is a senior associate in the Real Estate & Infrastructure practice group. She advises, negotiates and litigates on all private law aspects of real estate. She has extensive experience with respect to commercial tenancy law.
Kirsy advises clients from both the private and public sector, including investment funds, project developers and contractors, municipalities, landlords and tenants. She regularly publishes in legal journals on her areas of expertise.
Kirsy obtained two master's degrees in Dutch law from Maastricht University (2016). In 2021, Kirsy completed the postgraduate course on contracting law at the Grotius Academy (cum laude) and was selected as the 'Upcoming Talent of the Year 2021' in the annual election of Legal Women.
Kirsy has been with NautaDutilh since 2023 and was previously a lawyer at an international law firm and a corporate lawyer. She is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar Association.
