He assists asset managers, funds promoters, depositary banks and institutional investors in the structuring and setting up of Luxembourg regulated investment fund structures i.e. UCITS, specialised investment funds (SIFs), private equity and venture capital funds (SICARs), real estate and debt funds, as well as unregulated investment vehicles i.e. reserved alternative investment funds (RAIFs).

Gaulthier holds a Master degree in Business Law from the University of Strasbourg.

Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Gaulthier gained practical experience through internships in international law firms in Strasbourg. 

Gaulthier is a native French speaker, fluent in English.
