Oliver specialises in Real Estate and Construction Law. He is a member of the Dutch Brussels Bar and advises clients on a broad range of real estate and construction matters.
His practice focuses on project development, including the drafting and negotiation of development and construction contracts, as well as dispute resolution and litigation relating to infrastructure and construction projects. He assists clients throughout the lifecycle of real estate assets, from acquisition and development to leasing and asset management. Oliver advises investors, lenders and contractors on domestic and cross-border real estate transactions and development projects.

Oliver was recently involved in:
- Conducting court proceedings for various class 8 contractors, in complex construction and infrastructure disputes.
- Assisting with the sale of real estate located in Brussels, Flanders, and Wallonia.
- Assisting Whitewood in concluding a usufruct agreement with the European Commission.
- Advising the lender on the real estate aspects of the acquisition of Terhills Resort in Belgium by TwentyTwo Real Estate.
- Assisting Patrizia in various lease agreements, including in connection with the Louise Tower in Brussels.

Qualifications
Oliver graduated cum laude from Universiteit Gent with a Master of Laws in 2022. He was admitted to the Brussels Bar the same year.
He is fluent in Dutch and English and proficient in French.
Before joining NautaDutilh in 2026, Oliver worked as an associate at another leading law firm.
In 2025, he won first prize in the Ridder René Victor moot court competition.
