Marjolijn Geluk
As Inclusion & Diversity Lead, Marjolijn Geluk is responsible for shaping, aligning and promoting NautaDutilh’s I&D strategy. She works closely with our board, Inclusion Partners, the I&D Committee and several taskforces focused on biculturality, neurodiversity, gender equality and LGBTQIA+. Together with these dedicated colleagues, she drives awareness, education and community-building across the firm. Marjolijn connects initiatives, strengthens collaboration and ensures that our internal and external I&D efforts remain meaningful and visible.
Marjolijn brings extensive experience in developing and implementing culture programmes within and beyond the legal profession, particularly in international settings. With curiosity as her engine, she creates connections and encourages fresh perspectives, always looking beyond traditional notions of diversity and inclusion. Her work is rooted in an intersectional approach: recognising differences, valuing unique strengths and ensuring that ambition and capability determine access to opportunity. Marjolijn believes that the richness of our firm comes from a mix of characters, styles and backgrounds, each contributing essential perspectives.
