Daan Hannema

Daan Hannema is a member of the Corporate Arbitration, Litigation and Insolvency team at the Amsterdam Office. He advises and litigates on matters relating to corporate law, commercial law and insolvency. Prior to joining the Corporate Arbitration, Litigation and Insolvency team, Daan worked at NautaDutilh's Corporate M&A department in Amsterdam where he advised Dutch and international clients on both national and cross-border mergers, joint-ventures and acquisitions.
In 2016, Daan studied for one semester at the Washington University in St. Louis, USA. In 2017, he earned his LLM in Corporate Law from Utrecht University - and joined NautaDutilh the same year. Daan was based in the firm's New York office from September 2017 through August 2018, where he handled cross-border matters involving Dutch corporate law and Netherlands law aspects of international finance transactions.
Daan is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
