Eline van Marle is an associate within the Corporate M&A practice group at NautaDutilh’s Amsterdam office.

She specialises in corporate law and advises clients on corporate transactions, including national and international mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, joint-ventures and divestments. She also advises on general contractual matters and corporate governance. Eline also gained experience in the Capital Markets group, where she advised on banking and securities law, with a focus on both debt and equity related transactions.

Before joining the Amsterdam office, Eline worked in the NautaDutilh New York office for one year from March 2020, where she advised clients on Dutch corporate law as well as in a wide range of finance and restructuring transactions.

    • Iris Financial (renamed Younited Financial S.A.) on its business combination with Younited S.A., and additional listing on Euronext Paris
    • ArcelorMittal on its acquisition of Riwald Recycling
    • Cerba Healthcare on its acquisition of Viroclinics
    • Thales on its acquisition of OneWelcome
    • CMA CGM Group on its acquisition of Ingram Micro’s Commerce & Lifecycle Services business
    • NordVPN on its USD 100 mln financing round against a valuation of EUR 1.6 billion
    • ONWARD Medical on its IPO and listing on Euronext Amsterdam and Brussels and several follow-on offerings and financing transactions.
    • NewAmsterdam Pharma on its de-SPAC that would result in becoming a publicly listed company on Nasdaq and several follow-on offerings.
