Milica Prascevic
Expertise
Milica Prascevic works as a lawyer in the Financial Law practice group. She advises Dutch and international financial institutions (including banks, insurers and investment firms) and other market participants on financial regulatory law, contract and property law and securities law. In her day-to-day practice, she assists clients with, among other things, the rollout and structuring of (new) financial services and products, licensing and approval processes, transactions and the application of new Dutch and European regulations, including interactions with regulators. In addition, Milica has a particular focus on sustainability within the financial sector, leveraging her expertise at the intersection of governance and ESG.
Prior to this, Milica worked in the Corporate/M&A practice group. In that role, she was involved in domestic and cross-border transactions and advised national and international (non-)listed companies on a broad range of corporate law matters, including corporate governance and ESG.
Milica obtained her bachelor's degree in Law (cum laude), master's degree in Law (specialisation in commercial legal practice: contract and liability law) (cum laude) and master's degree in Corporate Law (cum laude) from Tilburg University. Milica joined NautaDutilh in 2024 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar Association.
