Marlies Smit

As a Campus Recruiter at NautaDutilh, Marlies is part of the Recruitment team. She is in constant contact with, and actively seeks out, talented and ambitious law students interested in getting to know the firm. Her responsibilities include organising office visits, the annual multi-day Masterclass, and various in-house events. She also maintains relationships with study associations and conducts weekly interviews with prospective student interns and working students. In addition, she contributes to the creation of content for the firm’s social media channels.
