Fleur Terlouw is a member of NautaDutilh's Competition and EU law group. She advises on Dutch and European competition law, state aid and several other areas of European Union law.

Previously, Fleur was part of the Corporate M&A department in London, where she was involved in international and national corporate transactions.

In 2021, Fleur obtained a master's degree in Civil law at Leiden University (cum laude) and a master's degree in European Competition Law and Regulation at the University of Amsterdam (cum laude). She obtained her bachelor's degree at Leiden University and also studied at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. 

Fleur joined NautaDutilh in 2021 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
