Casper received his master's degree in 2017 (cum laude), after obtaining both a history and law bachelor's degree. He wrote his master's thesis on the range of the Dutch money laundering legislation from a comparative law perspective. During his studies, Casper worked at the Dutch prosecutor's department and various law firms. He also volunteered at a law clinic where he provided free legal aid in criminal cases.
