NewAmsterdam Pharma, a late clinical-stage company focused on the research and development of transformative oral therapies for major cardiometabolic diseases, and Frazier Lifesciences Acquisition Corporation, a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by an affiliate of Frazier Healthcare Partners, announced that they have entered into a definitive business combination agreement that would result in NewAmsterdam Pharma Company N.V., a newly formed company, becoming a publicly listed company on Nasdaq.
