NautaDutilh assisted Blossom Capital as lead investor with its Series A+ investment in the share capital of TheyDo Holding B.V. (TheyDo). The other participants in this Series A+ round of funding led by Blossom Capital included, amongst others, Arches Capital and InnovationQuarter.

TheyDo is an Amsterdam-based software company engaged in the development of software focused on the management and improvement of customer journeys. TheyDo was founded in 2019 and provides its software to companies such as PostNL, Transavia and Bol.com.

It was a pleasure to work with Blossom Capital again, as this was the second transaction in which NautaDutilh's corporate M&A team assisted the company. Blossom is an anticyclical investor that likes to double down on investments and take significant minority stakes.
Ruud Smits, Corporate M&A partner
