Twan Hamers is an associate in the Corporate M&A department, based in the London office. He specialises in corporate law, with a focus on domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions, divestments and joint ventures. Twan advises corporate and private equity clients on a broad range of transactions, including controlled auction processes (buy side and sell side), leveraged buy outs, carve outs and strategic private transactions.

Qualifications
Twan obtained his bachelor’s degree in Dutch Law from Utrecht University in 2019 and his master’s degree in Corporate Law (cum laude) from VU Amsterdam in 2021.
He joined NautaDutilh in 2021 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
Twan is fluent in both Dutch and English.
