Gaike Dalenoord

Portrait of Gaike
Gaike Dalenoord specialises in corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on private equity. He has extensive experience in international mergers, acquisitions, capital markets and restructurings, acting for companies active in the chemicals sector and hydrogen developments in Europe in particular. An interview in our own CSR Report 2022 illustrates our contribution to the hydrogen mission he stands for.

  • Qualifications

    Gaike graduated from the University of Groningen in 1995 and joined NautaDutilh in the same year.

    For a number of years, Gaike was managing partner at our firm. He was also managing partner of our London office for more than four years. He is an enthusiastic advocate of inclusion both inside and outside our firm, actively promoting neurodiversity in particular.

    He completed postgraduate programmes in corporate law and securities law (cum laude) and spent almost three years at our former offices in Singapore and Jakarta.
