Dineth de Graaf is part of NautaDutilh’s Corporate M&A team and is based in New York. She advises Dutch and international clients on national and cross-border mergers, joint ventures, and acquisitions, both public and private. Dineth also advises clients on general contractual and commercial matters, as well as corporate governance issues. In addition to her M&A work, she advises on competition law matters within the Competition and EU law group of NautaDutilh.

  • Qualifications

    Dineth joined NautaDutilh in 2020 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar. Dineth graduated from Radboud University Nijmegen in 2019, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Dutch law and completed the dual master’s in business & law (highest honors).
