- Our team assisted Achmea Dutch Retail Property Fund on the acquisition of two retail portfolios from two Dutch pension funds in exchange for participations in Achmea Dutch Retail Property Fund. With a total deal volume of EUR 390 million, this was the biggest retail transaction of 2022.
