Anne behaalde in 1990 met grote onderscheiding haar diploma rechten aan de Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL). Bijkomend behaalde zij in 1991 een postgraduaatdiploma Internationaal Recht aan de Universiteit van Leiden. In 2003 werd zij vennoot bij NautaDutilh.
