Sam van Zwam has joined NautaDutilh's Dispute Resolution team as a senior associate. Within the firm’s multidisciplinary Benelux team, he will work on (international) arbitration proceedings under various arbitration rules, arbitration-related court proceedings and corporate disputes before state courts.

Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Sam worked for six years at another leading Dutch law firm.

In 2022, he was seconded to Macfarlanes’ Litigation & Dispute Resolution group in London. He graduated from the University of Amsterdam in 2017, where he completed his master’s degree in private law with distinction (cum laude). He also completed the Grotius Corporate Litigation specialisation course cum laude.

"Sam is an excellent addition to our team as we continue to strengthen our services in the field of international arbitration and litigation. He has represented clients in various high-profile disputes, both in arbitration and state court proceedings”, says Mirjam van de Hel-Koedoot, partner in NautaDutilh's international Arbitration team.
