The Belgian legislator has been especially active in late 2022 in the field of employment law, having enacted a number of new laws.

One of the new laws is The Belgian Labour Deal of 3 October 2022 (in French / in Dutch), the objective of which is to reflect new ways of working while allowing greater flexibility in the interests of improving the work-life balance.
