

Philippe François Partner
Philippe François heads up the Employment group. Prior to specialising in employment law, Philippe had a general corporate and M&A practice.
He has experience in all areas of employment law, including litigation, and focuses, in particular, on restructurings, the transfer of undertakings, outsourcing and employee consultation requirements.
Philippe is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association and has lectured and published on various topics in the field of employment law. He is also the co-founder and a board member of the Vereniging voor sociaal recht.
Philippe received his law degree from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) in 1991 and was admitted to the Brussels Bar that same year. He joined NautaDutilh in 1994 and was named a partner in 2002.
