Philip Malanczuk

Philip Malanczuk specialises in commercial litigation and competition litigation. He advises on and litigates (international) disputes concerning contracts, liability, damages and mass claims. This includes follow-on and stand-alone claims for damages based on competition law infringements.

Qualifications
Philip obtained his LL.M. in civil law from Leiden University in 2007. That same year, he joined NautaDutilh and was admitted to the bar as advocaat. In 2012, he completed a postgraduate programme on national and international contract law (cum laude). In 2014, he was temporarily seconded to a German office of a leading U.S. international law firm.
Philip speaks Dutch, English and German.
