Aline Nassoy is a counsel in our Corporate practice with a strong focus on private equity, real estate and listed-company transactions. She advises international funds, investment firms and corporates on a wide range of corporate and finance matters, including private equity buyouts, real estate M&A, joint ventures, group reorganisations, and financial restructurings.

Aline has significant experience acting for major PE houses and investment platforms on cross‑border acquisitions, disposals, portfolio restructurings and co‑investment structures. She also regularly assists real estate investors and asset managers on the corporate aspects of property acquisitions, developments and joint‑venture arrangements. Her track record includes advising on several high‑profile transactions involving both private and publicly listed entities across Europe.

    • Partners Group on a strategic restructuring in preparation of Esentia Energy Development on the Mexican Stock Exchange.

    From October 2018 to March 2019, Aline was based in our New York office as part of the firm’s Luxembourg Desk, strengthening transatlantic relationships and supporting US based PE and investment clients in their Luxembourg structuring needs.

    Admission to the bar

    Aline was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2011.

    Languages

    Aline is fluent in English and French.

    Education

    Aline holds a Master’s degree in Private International Law from the University of Nancy (2010). Prior to joining NautaDutilh, she worked for another leading Luxembourg law firm and completed a secondment with an independent London firm in 2015.
