Geert Raaijmakers is a partner at NautaDutilh in Amsterdam. He focuses on corporate governance, corporate structuring and joint ventures, but also on pension fund governance. Geert is a corporate mediator with an accreditation from the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR). Geert also assists boards of both listed and unlisted companies in performing their self-assessments. Who's Who Legal ranked Geert as a "Global Leader and Thought Leader" in Corporate Governance 2020.
