Harm Ruiter

Harm Ruiter is a member of the Dispute Resolution practice group in Amsterdam. He advises and litigates for both Dutch and international clients in the areas of financial, contract and corporate law. Harm previously worked within the employment law practice group, where he was involved in various employment and pension law proceedings.
Harm studied at Utrecht University (Utrecht Law College), where he earned his B.A. and an LL.M. in Corporate Law in 2021. He also obtained an LL.M. in Legal Philosophy (cum laude) from Leiden University. Harm taught law at Utrecht University both during and after his studies.
Harm joined NautaDutilh in 2022. He is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar Association.
