- Advising ENGIE and Electrabel on the reorganisation of their nuclear activities in Belgium and the negotiations with the Belgian State to extend the operation of two nuclear plants by ten years
- Advising Nyxoah, a Euronext- and Nasdaq-listed company, on several follow-on offerings and financing transactions
- Advising DST Global and PSG Equity as lead investors on their investment in Aikido Security’s Series B financing round
- Advising Blinqx, an HG portfolio company, on its acquisition of Geodynamics from IK Partners
