UPM Raflatac has acquired Grafityp, a Belgian-based company to further accelerate its growth in graphics solutions. This strategic move allows UPM Raflatac to strengthen its competitive position in the market segment and expand its product portfolio.

Dirk Van Gerven, Olivier Van Wouwe and Jelle Schuermans from our Corporate M&A team assisted UPM Raflatac in this acquisition. The transaction was completed in less than two months, thanks to the dedication of colleagues from various NautaDutilh practices who were involved in the due diligence. We also acknowledge the effective contribution of Gowling in handling all UK-specific matters.

“We are proud to have assisted our client UPM Raflatac with the strategic acquisition of the Grafityp group. This acquisition not only accelerates UPM Raflatac’s growth in the graphics solutions industry but also enhances their market presence and product offerings”, says Dirk.
