NautaDutilh advised Feyenoord and Stadion Feijenoord, owner of stadium 'De Kuip', as project counsel on the successful completion of the transaction that has united the club and the stadium under a single ownership structure.

The completion of the transaction marks a significant milestone in a process aimed at aligning the future of Feyenoord and De Kuip. According to Feyenoord, the combination of the club and the stadium provides a solid foundation for the further development of the stadium and for preserving De Kuip as the beating heart of the club.

The signing marks the conclusion of a multi-year process in which Feyenoord and Stadion Feijenoord expressed their shared ambition to move forward together.
