IGS GeboJagema is headquartered in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, with a growing presence in the United States. IGS GeboJagema designs, manufactures and services complex, high-precision moulds used in the production of critical medical devices, including drug delivery systems, contact lenses, diagnostic equipment and healthcare consumables. In the past years IGS GeboJagema has reinforced its position as a global leader in precision moulds for the medical device industry and expanded its international footprint to the US.
The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and the advice of the works council.
