NautaDutilh assisted Wallonie Entreprendre and Noshaq in the sale of a part of their stake in Odoo SA. Odoo provides open-source business software applications for small and medium-sized enterprises.
It is one of the flagships of Walloon technology, with a recent valuation of more than EUR 3 billion. Private equity firm General Atlantic joined the shareholding by investing EUR 150 million in Odoo.
