The Corona crisis will cause many companies to run into financial difficulties. The regulations set up by the government will provide some relief, but the number of problem cases will increase.

The Bankruptcy Act does not provide an adequate set of tools. The implementation of the WHOA is essential, but it will not bring the emergency solution that is needed. It is advocated that the arrangements for deferral of payment should be adapted.
