Gaike Dalenoord has joined our London office, where he will co-head the team together with Finance partner Saskia Heumakers. With Gaike's arrival on 1 May, we will strengthen the presence of the Dutch Corporate team.
Gaike will be dividing his time between London and Amsterdam. Gaike specialises in corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on private equity. He has extensive experience in international mergers, acquisitions, capital markets and restructurings, acting for companies active in the chemicals sector and hydrogen developments in Europe in particular.

Gaike joined NautaDutilh in 1995 and became partner in 2007. He was the managing partner of the London office between 2006 and 2011. He was a member of the board between 2014 and 2017.
