Sandra Spek is managing director and a member of the board of NautaDutilh.

As part of the board, Sandra focuses on the overall management of the firm, bringing together cliënt centricity, strategy, operations, finance and people. Working closely with her fellow board members Ruud Smits and Michaëla Ulrici, the partnership and leadership teams, she contributes to a strong, well-run organisation in which professionals feel connected, supported and able to deliver the highest quality work for clients.

Sandra brings broad leadership experience from senior general management and CFO roles in both national and international organisations. She has held executive positions across professional services, healthcare, financial services and public environments, including CFO responsibilities in France and general management responsibility for operations in Austria. She has extensive experience leading complex transformations and organisational restructurings within regulated and international governance contexts.

Alongside her executive roles, Sandra has held several supervisory board (RvC) positions in regulated and capital-intensive sectors, including insurance, pensions, retail, real estate and public transport. In these roles, she has contributed to governance, audit and finance oversight, as well as long-term value creation. Her leadership style combines financial discipline with organisational development and a strong belief that sustainable performance is built through trust, clarity and genuine attention for people.
