Shareholder Activism & Engagement in The Netherlands and Luxembourg
NautaDutilh recently contributed to the 2020 edition of the Shareholder Activism & Engagement guide by Lexology. Shareholder Activism & Engagement provides the comprehensive international overview necessary to navigate the fast-growing field of shareholder activism. Topics covered include the legal framework as well as shareholder activist and company response strategies and tactics in the various jurisdictions.
Willem Calkoen and Stefan Wissing acted as editors and provided the Introduction. Leo Groothuis, Frans Overkleeft, Paul van der Bijl and Stefan Wissing wrote the Netherlands chapter. The Luxembourg chapter was written by Greet Wilkenhuysen and Anke Geppert.
