Thijs van Aerde has joined NautaDutilh's Dispute Resolution (DR) practice as partner as of 1 November 2024.

Thijs specialises in intellectual property law, human rights and procedural matters and handles cases before the Dutch Supreme Court and the European Court of Justice. Thijs has been recognised by Legal 500 as a leading figure in intellectual property, particularly in trademarks, copyrights and design rights.
