Merlin Amoussou is an associate in our corporate practice. He advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate finance.
Merlin holds a law degree from the University of Lyon and a Master’s degree from the University of St. Etienne.
Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Merlin gained professional experience as a legal intern at several law firms in France and Luxembourg.
Merlin is a native French speaker, fluent in English.
