We adviseren bij diverse vormen van eigen vermogenstransacties (beursgangen en claimemissies), vreemd vermogen transacties (uitgifte van stand alone obligaties, zowel van high yield debt als van investment grade debt, en het opstellen van debt issuance programma's (voor retail beleggers en voor professionele marktpartijen) en zogenoemde 'direct loans'.
