ONWARD Medical completes accelerated bookbuild offering

NautaDutilh has assisted medical technology company ONWARD Medical raising EUR 20 million in gross proceeds in an accelerated bookbuilding offering.

The offering consisted of a private placement with institutional investors, certain founders, and certain management and board members of the company and a separate public offering via the PrimaryBid platform with retail investors in France.
